Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our online store. It is valid for customers in the United States, Canada, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the EU, and worldwide.

A. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty (30) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty (30) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Judes Family GmbH, An der Rummel 4, 14806 Bad Belzig, Germany — please do not send goods to this address; Email: hi@judesfamily.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within thirty (30) days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty (30) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the thirty (30) days have expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery.

General Return Instructions

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging.
Do not send goods freight collect. Contact hi@judesfamily.com to receive a prepaid return label.
The above instructions are not mandatory for exercising your right of withdrawal effectively but help us process your return more efficiently.

C. United States (US) Returns & Refunds Policy

For customers located in the United States, the following return and refund terms apply. This section governs returns for US orders and does not limit any mandatory rights that may apply.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within thirty (30) days of delivery. To start a return and receive a prepaid return label, please contact hi@judesfamily.com. Do not send goods to our postal address; returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and components. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, sealed hygiene products that have been opened after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

When you use our authorized return label, we cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within up to thirty (30) days after we receive the returned goods or after you provide proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first. We do not charge any fees for refunds.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
